Compliance FAQ

Common questions from builders, specifiers and certifiers.

Are Seamless products certified to AS 2047:2014?+

Yes. Windows and external doors supplied to the Australian market are engineered and tested against AS 2047:2014, with test reports issued per series on request.

Can I get product-specific wind load ratings?+

Yes. Wind pressure ratings are determined using AS/NZS 1170.2 and issued per series and wind region, so you can match the product to your site's exposure category.

Do you provide glazing compliance documentation?+

Glass is selected and documented to AS 1288 for human-impact safety and structural requirements. A glazing compliance statement is available for the configurations you specify.

Can you supply U-value and SHGC data for NCC reporting?+

Yes. Thermal performance values for thermally broken and double-glazed series are available to support energy efficiency reporting under the National Construction Code.

How do I request the full documentation pack for a project?+

Contact our technical team with your series selection and project details and we'll compile the relevant test reports, certificates and performance data into one pack.

Need documentation for a specific project?

Send us your series selection and project details. Our technical team will compile the relevant test reports, certificates and performance data into a single pack for your certifier.
